The penalty for declaring Salah. £30,000

The FA on Tuesday fined Frank Lampard, the Everton manager, for remarks he made after his team's match against neighbours Liverpool in April, which included a reference to Egyptian star Mohamed Salah.

Lampard criticized referee Stuart Atwell, who managed the match, noting that he did not give Anthony Gordon a penalty after being clearly blocked, and that this game could have been effectively awarded a penalty if Salah had fallen to the ground.

The referee was the most famous yellow card against Gordon during the first half of the match at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium, due to falling to the ground following a rally from Liverpool's Joel Matip.

Lampard denounced the FA's accusation that the statements questioned the integrity of the referee, but the FA decided to fine the coach for his remarks.
