An Egyptian youth paid for his magnanimity, as he was killed running under the wheels of a train after trying to intervene to rescue a woman who fainted as she crossed a railway junction.
Mohammed Mahmoud Qarni, a young man, died when he was surprised while working at the "Fabrika" train port in Beni Suef, when a woman who was crossing the intersection fell moments before the train passed by.
He immediately rushed to wake her up and pulled her off the tracks, but too late, as the train passed and ran them over together to kill them instantly.
For its part, the railway called on the young man and appealed to citizens to abide by the traffic rules from the ports and to stay away from negative behaviors that cause the loss of life and endanger their lives and disrupt the course of trains.
Egypt has witnessed several repeated incidents and incidents of citizens passing through intersections and a way of violating their lives.
The Ministry of Transport warned citizens not to cross railway intersections without their designated places, and asked them to wait until the designated space was opened after crossing trains and not to break into them while it was closed.
